The 2015 growing season produced a relatively small crop of grapes, but what it lacked in quantity was made up in quality. This vintage produced classic, structured wines with moderate but firm tannins and a beautiful, pure fruit expression. The resulting wine has stunning aromatics, lovely but not too ripe fruit, and an elegance and balance that will allow it to age beautifully. This black purple zinfandel tastes of raspberries, cherries, pomegranates, and chocolate. Aged ten months in French oak.
